Description: The Cork Co. Open Coursing Clubs’ Association now runs the only 32-dog open coursing event in Ireland over two days, the first day being at Ballymacoda, the second at Churchtown South – both venues close to the sea in South-East Cork. This picture shows the crowd in a very picturesque setting in Churchtown South on 15 January 2012 before an excellent day’s coursing commenced. As on the previous day, the Judge was M. O’Regan and the Slipper was S. McAuliffe.
